Our Promise

Even though you will be consulting directly with the designer and the maker of your custom made jewelry piece, in some instances, the conveyance of ideas may be interpreted differently. We do our best to work with you through every step of the process to avoid any misinterpretations. Although, this does not happen very often we want you to be comfortable knowing our promise to you.

If you are not 100% satisfied after the piece is made, you do not have to take it. You must love the piece we make for you! We want you to enjoy it and wear it as often as you like and show it off proudly to your family and friends.

We will work with you to remake the piece, if necessary, at no additional labor cost to you.
